On April 28th, the East Ohio MFSA in partnership with the Annual Conference and Co-Sponsored by East Ohio Commission and Caucus Groups: Church & Society, Commission on Religion and Race, Black Methodist for Church Renewal, Commission on the Status and Role of Women, Reconciling Ministries Network, Office of Christian Unity & Interreligious Relationships and Native American Committee hosted a day long RESISTING RACISM workshop. The workshops facilitated by the General Commission on Religion and Race (GCORR) and developed in partnership with the Methodist Federation for Social Action seeks to provide opportunities for participants to deepen their own knowledge, motivation, and capacity for resisting racism.
